    The answer is YES. Yes, you are infringing. Anything that is pined from a website that isn’t yours, and certainly anything that is re-pinned, is a copyright infringement.

    If Pinterest used thumbnails only, that would be fair use. It is their stealing of full-size images that makes them into the internet pirate that they are. It’s not because it’s a pirate ship of ladies, that it’s any less of an outlaw.
